Got a room with amazing town views. 😍 the beds were really comfy here and the service was top-notch.

stunningly beautiful hotel, loved our stay here. the room was perfectly clean and huge and had a nice decor. the staff was incredible. marvellous location in a less desirable area of the town was a plus. found a place called las mengalas restaurant, set easy walk to the venue, ate there a few times. the food at the a la carte restaurant was outstanding. the service was good, no complaints whatsoever. besides, we had no problems with free wi-fi throughout the property.

We loved everything about this place - it was cozy and gorgeous, and they even had a cool à la carte restaurant 🍽️. the staff were all super nice and glad to help out whenever we needed it.

The staff were amazing and very helpful, especially Cristina, Ingrid, and Astrid. The hotel was very clean and spacious, and the bathroom shower was very relaxing. The location was also ideal, as we could see the volcano from the restaurant in the morning.

I had such an amazing time at this hotel! The staff was friendly and the place was spotless. Everything smelled incredible, which made me feel instantly relaxed. The massage I had was a bit intense, but it totally worked out the knots in my shoulders that had been bothering me for years. I feel like a whole new person after that! The rooms here are really unique, with a cool indoor/outdoor tub and a wall of windows. I loved the pool and hot tub area, and the restaurant had some pretty good food. Plus, you can even see the volcano from the restaurant in the morning!
